What is your chosen career, dream or ambition within hospitality?

Answer these questions:
(no more than 1000 words in total)
  1. What is your ultimate career ambition within hospitality?
  2. What made you choose a career in the hospitality industry?
  3. Where do you see yourself in five years time? And how are you going to get there?
  4. What difference would winning the Acorn Scholarship make and how would you use the prize for educational benefit?
  5. How would you use the Acorn Scholarship to give something back to the industry?
